Hi-RES

Hi-RES call for expressions of interest

Through the Hi-RES project, City of Port Phillip and City of Melbourne are committed to developing innovative and sustainable solutions for Victoria's apartment buildings.

Expressions of interest are now open for organisations (including owners corporations) who are developing or interested in developing tools that would support the aims of Hi-RES or being involved in testing tools that are developed.

The Hi-RES project's solutions include:

  • financial solutions for whole-of-building retrofit projects in apartment buildings
  • online owners corporation sustainability tool kit
  • a good practice guide for facilities management in multi-unit residential blocks
  • engagement tools for energy services companies specifically tailored for owners corporations.

What's in it for you?
The City of Melbourne will work with successful respondents to facilitate the development of their solutions. This may include:

  • provision of education and support on how to successfully engage with and deliver services to owner corporations
  • forging connections with participating organisations and owners corporations interested in piloting solutions
  • use of the CoM brand and communication channels to communicate outcomes from successful pilot projects of participants.

To submit an expression of interest or for further information, contact City of Melbourne by email at Hi-RES@melbourne.vic.gov.au or call (03) 9658 8406. Only successful respondents will be contacted.

The Hi-RES project is an initiative of the City of Melbourne, City of Yarra, City of Port Phillip, Moreland Energy Foundation, Owners Corporations Victoria and Yarra Energy Foundation and is supported by the Victorian Government Sustainability Fund, managed by Sustainability Victoria.
