Sustainability Community Action Network (SCAN) is about building a network of people who want to connect, share ideas, and seed community sustainability action.
Join us for the third function on Wednesday 22 May 6.30 - 8.30 pm at Port Melbourne Town Hall auditorium.
The theme is ‘Advocacy and Action’. In a federal election year, we will highlight some effective strategies for campaigning on sustainability issues.
Kelly O’Shanassy, CEO of Environment Victoria, will present on some effective strategies for advocacy campaigning on sustainability issues. We will also discuss local advocacy on sustainability issues from both Council and community perspectives.
